Sealed Bids

The key differentiator between Sealed Bids and normal bids within the platform is that with Sealed Bids you will not be able to view Supplier's submitted prices until after the bid is concluded.

You will be able to view who has submitted within the platform, however when it comes to the actual pricing and questions answered, that information will be redacted until after the bid closes, as shown below.

With every Sealed Bid there will also be a countdown clock incorporated within the Bid Submission tab that will illustrate exactly how much time is left before you will able to view Supplier submitted pricing.

It's worth noting that there is no difference from a Suppliers perspective if you choose to enable a Sealed Bid or not, they will not have any visibility in the matter, and the only noticeable difference will be from an Operator's perspective.
