Enabling Q&A at the time when you create a bid allows suppliers to ask questions to the buyer.

1. Once the question is asked, the buyer (and any team members the buyer has added to be a part of the bid) will be notified that a pending unanswered question
2. The buyer will have the option to answer a question, when the question is answered.
3. The original question and answer will be distributed to all suppliers invited to the bid to review the answer. The name of the supplier who asked the question will not be revealed.
