Company Profile Walkthrough


Company’s Logo: Here you add a picture of your company’s name or logo, it’s recommended to add the highest quality image that you have for better visibility on the website. If you want to re-upload another image, be sure to delete the existing image first for the new image to submit.


Company’s Name: Here you add your company’s name, it’s advisable to add the name that most people would know your company as in order to garner the most recognition. You must have something in the “Corporate Summary” section to edit your com, pany’s name.


Services Portfolio: Here you add ALL the services that you offer as a company from the list of available services. There is not always an exact match for every service that you may offer, therefore it is best practice to select the closest fit to the service you are trying to add.


Basins: Here you choose ALL the basins that your company works in or services. Gulf Coast (ex. Houston, Corpus Christi, Freeport), Northeast (ex. West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio), Rockies (ex. North Dakota, Wyoming, Colorado), Mid-Con (ex. Oklahoma, Kansas, Wichita Falls (TX)), Permian (ex. Midland, Lubbock, Carlsbad (NM)), Arklatex (ex. Shreveport (LA), Marshall (TX), Arkansas), Offshore, and Other.



Services Location: Here you add ALL the locations that you service or work at. If you service a whole city or location but don’t have an exact address, simply adding a main highway or landmark can be used to indicate that is an area you service.


Corporate Video: Here you can add any videos that you choose. They can pertain to the values that your company believes in, an informational video showcasing what services you offer, or simply an illustration of work that you’ve done.


Corporate Documents: Here you can add any relevant documents that you wish to share. These could range anywhere from certifications that your company acquired to simply a company summary.


Corporate News & Press Releases: Here you can add any instances where your company was featured in news articles or in press releases.


Executive Leadership: Here you can add your executive leadership team. This is a great chance to introduce your team and what they look like. In order to add an individual to this section it is important to note that a profile picture is required, often it is the same picture that is used in their LinkedIn profile picture.

ESG Differentiators: Here you can add environmental, social, or governance elements that allow you to stand out from the crowd and show your company’s growth as well as a commitment to improving.


Key Facts: Here you can add some key pieces of information about your company, these will appear on a sidebar in your profile so they will be prominently noticeable. If you do not have an exact number of employees, a range works just as well (ex. 100-150). Additionally, your HQ location should be selectable after entering the majority of the city’s name to help keep formatting uniform.

Account Contacts: Here you can add members of your company that can be contacted by companies interested in your services. This information will be displayed right below the “Key Facts” section on a sidebar and will be easily viewable for anyone looking at your profile.
